Sharing is caring!

Kabsa is a middle eastern food from the middle east. If you have lived in Saudi Arabia,Kuwait or Middle East you probably had Kabsa

The thought of the food kabsa brings hunger and memories. Kabsa is simply Rice plus chicken, lamb or beef.

I called it ‘Lal Bhat’ when I was small since grew up in Middle East. It is actually originating from Yemen.

Tomatoes paste is mixed with the rice until it is red. Then the meat :chicken or lamb is placed in the pot and mixed together.

You might think of preparing in this Ramadan 2020.

This food is very popularĀ  with Arabs and it is like the biryani to the Arabs.

We are going to discuss the recipe in our next post.
