Chicken Biryani is a Persian dish in origin brought to India by the Mughals.

The process for Biryani is the same but it varies when you are fine tuning’ to a certain version. All Biryanis are meat based. The basic components of biryani are:

  • meat
  • marinade
  • spices
  • rice.

It is usually made for some occasion. Popular all over India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, The dish is a delicious dish served on special events. It has a certain prestige connected with it. You do not cook it every day.                            There is a roadmap for the evolution of the Biryani.

Prepare the ingredients

Step 1

Mix with these ingredients.= with the chicken.

Marinate for two hours.

Step 3

Start cooking the marinated with chicken with medium fire.

Step 4

Place water with in the pot of Basmati rice. Add 3 liters of water and add 1.5 tbsp salt.

Step 5

Boil this pot of rice for 5-6 minutes. Then remove the water from the rice.

Step 6

Place in a new pot the rice ,then chicken and add spices like prune, powder coriander and decorate.

Step 7

Serve!
