Chicken Masala Gravy is a delicious South Asian gravy that is quite common for people from the Indian Sub continent or Desi people. Give minced garlic, ginger and finely chopped onions into a pan and cook until it's brown.

Add all the spices (cumin,paprika,chilli powder)

After that add oyster and soya sauce.

Add the marinated chicken.

Cook it fully
Lastly add the tomato sauce.

Cook for 5 mintues then decorate your dish beautifully ! Serve.
