A  Bengali fish recipe from Bangladesh. Popularly known as Rui Fish or Rohu fish.

It is also known among people from West Bengal, since West Bengal was part of Bengal.

Directions

Fry the fish with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and salt

Heat 3 table spoon oil in a fry pan

Step 2

Put all the ingredients in oil

Step 3

After sometime put the fried fish in fry pan

Step 4

Add some water

Step 5

Cook fully

Step 6

Give 1 tsp cumin cook for sometime

Step 7

Serve the dish
